How Primate Ayodele goofed on Osun election as PDP’s Adeleke wins

The victory of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Sen. Ademola Adeleke in the Osun State gubernatorial election have gone against the prediction and prophecy of the Founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele.

Recall that the cleric had predicted in May 2022 that the All Progressives Congress (APC) would emerge winner in the election.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Ayodele had predicted the APC would still retain the state, noting that the PDP will only try its best but it won’t be enough.

However, the results of the election showed PDP won in 17 of the local governments in Osun, while APC won in 13, with Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, declaring Adeleke the winner
