Dare-devil gunmen, on Sunday evening, kidnapped the Chairman of National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS), in Delta State, Deacon Monday Ifoghere.
Deacon Ifoghere was reportedly kidnapped on his way to his residence at Eku, in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State.
