Sunday Oyemade
Saturday, December 29, 2018, was a memorable day for family and friends of former Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Fatai Owoseni, and nine others retired from Nigerian Police Force.
The event, held at the Police College, in Ikeja, the state capital, was witnessed by several serving and retired police officer, traditional rulers and well-wishers of the retired senior police officers.
