Founder of Jandor Foundation, Mr. Abdulazeez Olajide Adediran has taken the food bank and the Business Start Up Money initiatives of the Foundation to the grassroots in Lagos State with a view to assisting the people to be financially self-reliant.
Adediran, is also the General Managing Director/Chairman of Core Media, whose team, Jandor is a non-governmental organisation that is out to empower and strengthen the educational, socio-economic and cultural sectors across the state.
In part of its objective to touch the lives of the citizenry across the 20 Local Government Areas and 37 Local Council Development Areas of the state, visited Ojodu Local Council Development at the weekend with its largesse for the people.
The Coordinator of Jandor group in Ojodu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Mrs. Khairat Ojikutu-Shokoya in her speech, commended the efforts of the Lead Visioner of Team Jandor, Mr. Abdulazeez Olajide Adediran, for his huge investment in the grassroots scheme across the state despite not occupying any political seat.

This, according to her, is nothing but out of his genuine love, passion and kindness for the people of Lagos State and in particular, the lovers of Jandor in Ojodu LCDA, adding that, “before someone can come out to say I want to have an NGO whereby it will take care of the less privileged, such a person deserves kudos and prayers.”
Represented by the Central Coordinator of Team Jandor, Mrs. Funke Oguntuga, Mr. Adediran restated his commitment to help bring succour to the grassroots through laudable programmes such as scholarships, empowerments, food banks and many other initiatives.
The Jandor boss, who has been engaging in the philanthropic projects for more than ten years, informed the over one hundred beneficiaries of the food bank and the start-up money that, there are many phases of the empowerments which will go round all the councils in the state.
One of the beneficiaries of the largesse, Mr. Ganiyu Saheed, was full of joy while describing their benefactor’s gesture as a real empowerment initiative from an individual who is not a politician.
Saheed lamented that, “despite voting for several politicians, none of them remembered us after elections,” commending Jandor boss who has not held a political post for showing genuine love to the people.”
