Feb. ’25: Remain calm, but resolute in electing Tinubu for better Nigeria – LASUBEB Chair, Alawiye-King

As Nigerians go to poll to in 48 hours from now, to elect their new president for another four years, a former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Wahab Alawiye-King, has appealed to Nigerians to remain calm but resolute in their resolve to cast their ballot come February 25.

Alawiye-King, who is the current chairman of Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (SUPEB) also urged them to actualize the dream for a better Nigeria by voting for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all other candidates of the party for more prosperous, united, safe and secure Nigeria.

According to him, Nigerians should also avoid acting the scripts of those who want a breakdown of law and order in order to disrupt the forthcoming general elections, noting that, noted that Nigerians should not allow the current trying times to discourage them in fulfilling their civic duties to the country.

While urging Nigerians to troop out en masse on Election Day to vote for a Renewed Hope inspired by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the former Lawmaker said, “I am optimistic of the victory of the ruling APC when Nigerians go to the polls to elect new President and other positions,” asserting that, “Asiwaju Tinubu has the experience, education, connection, exposure and capacity to take Nigeria to a greater height.”

Recall that 18 political parties are fielding candidates for the February 25th Presidential Election in which over 90 million voters will determine who succeeds President Muhammadu Buhari on May 29, this year.
