Dr. Mrs. Oby Ezekwesili, tformer Minister of Education, has shredded the All Progressives Congress, APC, for allegedly admitting its inability to deliver sound economic policies for the country after spending years indting her for staying the obvious.
The former minister was reacting to a recent statement credited to the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, that Tinubu inherited empty treasury from ex President Buhari, his fellow party man.
Ribadu had recently claimed that the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration inherited an empty treasury from Buhari, adding that the financial problems the country is now facing is traceable to the former president’s action when he was in power.
However, reacting via a post on her official X handle, Ezekwesili said the APC apologists spent eight years, insulting her for stating the obvious about party’s hopeless economic policy direction for the country.
She noted further that today, the same People declaring the party’s ability to only deliver nothing but suffering to the citizens, due to the past eight years that have incurred damaging liabilities.
“So, those who spent 8 years daily Insulting me for stating the obvious about their @OfficialAPCNg’s hopeless economic policy direction for the country are today declaring that they cannot deliver anything but suffering to the citizens, because the past 8 years have left them with damaging liabilities,” Ezekwesili wrote.
