Manchester City earned £38.4m for winning the 2018/19 Premier League on Sunday. City won the title after beating Brighton Howe 4-1in their last game of the season, moving top of the table with 98 points.
Liverpool who came second on the final standings will earn the sum of £36.5m while Chelsea who came third earned 34.6 million pounds.

A breakdown of the Premier League prize shows that the Citizens were awarded the biggest share among all the 20 clubs having finished the season sitting atop the table with 98 points. The prize money amounted to 38.4 million pounds.

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool finished second with an all-time highest point tally of 97 and as a result, earned 36.5 million pounds.
The Blues (Chelsea) accumulated 72 points, one more than their London rivals and were awarded 34.6 million pounds as the prize money for their feat.
On the other hand, Spurs inability to finish in the Top Three cost them 4 million pounds while Arsenal and Manchester United completed the Top Six with 30.7 million and 28.8 million pounds respectively.
The relegated Huddersfield, Fulham and Cardiff City earned 1.9 million. 3.8 million and 5.8 million Premier League prize money respectively. Below is the full prize allocation of all the 20 Premier League teams:
