Enugu native doctor gunned down client while testing anti-gun charm

The desire of one Onunze Benedict to procure an anti-gun charm has led to his untimely death, as the native doctor,  Emmanuel Odoh, 23, he engaged to prepare the charm shot him to death while testing its efficacy.
According to the  Enugu State Police Command,  the native doctor hailed from  Umuaram Ikem, a community in Isi-Uzo Local Government Area of the state, while his alleged victim hailed from  Eha-Amufu, another community in the same council area.The suspect allegedly gunned down the victim in a shrine while testing a charm for protection against gunshot, which he had prepared for the victim.
Daniel Ndukwe, a deputy superintendent of police, DSP, who is the state police spokesman, said the suspect had been arrested  by police operatives from Isi-Uzo Police Divisional Headquarters.

He added that a locally made single-barreled rifle allegedly used by the native doctor to kill the victim was recovered.
Meanwhile, the Homicide Section of the Enugu State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID)  has begun further investigation into the incident.
