Ekiti APC exco demands confirmation or denial of Gov. Fayemi’s reported suspension from 8 factional signatories
The Ekiti State All Progressives Congress State Executive Committee has reacted sharply to the report in the media that it has suspended Governor Kayode Fayemi from the party.
A terse statement issued by Paul Omotoso, on behalf of State Executive Committee of the APC in the Ekiti State, said that it called for the confirmation or denial of the said publication by the purported signatories between now and the close of work today, September 25, 2020.

Omotosho’s statement read, “The attention of the Ekiti State All Progressives Congress State Executive Committee has been drawn to the publication which is in circulation in the social media titled, “Re: Dr. Kayode Fayemi Anti-Party Activities” purportedly signed by the following people:
- Senator Tony Adeniyi
- Senator Babafemi Ojudu
- Senator Dayo Adeyeye
- Congressman Bimbo Daramo5.Hon. Robinson Ajiboye
- Hon. Oye Ojo
- Hon. Dr. Adewale Ominrin
- Hon. Femi Adeleye
“We hereby call for the confirmation or denial of the said publication by the purported signatories between now and the close of work today, September 25, 2020.”
