Egypt have released a strong starting XI to tackle Zimbabwe in Friday’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group A opener at the Cairo International Stadium.
The Pharaohs’ coach, Javier Aguirre, released a list of 11 players to start against the Warriors.
Egypt head to the match after defeating one of Nigeria’s AFCON Group ‘B’ opponent, Guinea 3-1 in their final warm-up friendly match, last Sunday.
