The Edo State government on Friday announced a shift in the resumption of all primary and secondary schools in the state.
According to the state governor, Godwin Obaseki, who spoke during a press briefing in Benin City yesterday, the new resumption date is now Monday, February 1, 2021.

The governor promised to assess all health facilities across the various schools to ensure strict strict compliance with COVID-19 protocols.
All schools had been slated to resume across the country on Monday, January 18, 2021.
