A mild drama was witnessed during the #EndBadGovernanceProtest on Thursday when one of the anti-protest campaigners switched camps.
The protester, who was one of the ‘Say No to Protest’ protesters, ended up on live television lamenting the untold hardship Nigerians are facing.
According to him, he had stormed the streets of Abuja with others to protest against those planning to protest against hunger and hardship.
However, as things turned out, while speaking with newsmen as captured on AIT live, he was seen protesting against bad governance, increased hunger and hardship in the country.
He said: “N1000 will not take care of drinking garri, before N100 you will drink garri, so now we are coming to let him know that things are very hard with us let him consider us.”
Obviously embarrassed by his new stance, his fellow anti-protest protesters chided and attempted to stop him.
