De Genius Olivet College, Otta, Ogun State has emerged runners-up in the just concluded 27th national Junior Technicians and Scientists, JETS, competition held in Abuja.
The school came second behind Lagos state that came first in the competition.
De Genius Olivet College defeated several other schools from the 36 states and Abuja pushing Abia State to 3rd position.
The school’s impressive academic excellence at the state level makes it to represent Ogun State at the national level of the competition.
According to the proprietor of the school, Hon. Ipoola Omisore, he expressed gratitude to the Ogun State government under Governor Dapo Abiodun for creating an enabling environment for his school to grow and for his visionary leadership and educational policy advancement.
He noted that ‘this enabling environment created in Ogun State makes De Genuis Olivet College, the best among the equal.
