COVID-19: Governors pray for wisdom to tackle scourge

…as VP presides over NEC meeting 

Governors have prayed to God for wisdom to tackle the challenges occasioned by the coronavirus pandemic.

Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule, requested the wisdom at the opening of the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting.

The meeting is presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and has governors and relevant government agencies in attendance.

Sule, aside from asking for God’s protection, asked for divine wisdom for all those in authority at federal and state levels to be able to come up with solutions to tackle the challenges of COVID-19.
