Premier League club, Arsenal, on Thursday announced that its manager, Mikel Arteta, has tested positive for the coronavirus pandemic.
In a statement, the club, which was billed to play Brighton on Saturday, said: “Our London Colney training centre has been closed after head coach Mikel Arteta received a positive Covid-19 result this evening.”

The statement added that Arsenal would be unable to play some Premier League fixtures.
