At some polling centres in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital, there was late arrival of materials for the election. At Atissa 1 polling unit 16, Atissa 1polling unit 1, Ompadec polling unit and the polling unit at Pansa Primary School, all located in Yenagoa, both staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and materials were not available.
