Chiellini, Emre Can miss Champions League quarter-final at Ajax, Ronaldo returns

Juventus captain Giorgio Chiellini and midfielder Emre Can are unavailable for the first leg match of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final fixture at Ajax, the Italian champions said on Tuesday.

Central defender Chiellini is out with a pulled left calf for Wednesday’s match in Amsterdam.

Also, German midfielder Can sprained his right ankle during a weekend league clash with AC Milan.

However, the return of Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo to the squad was confirmed.
