The Supreme Court, on Friday, upheld the victory of Kogi state governor, Usman Ododo of the All Progressives Congress as the winner of the November 2023 governorship election.
The apex court dismissed the appeal of the Social Democratic Party candidate, Muritala Ajaka challenging the victory of Ododo.
