The Presidential Elections Petitions Tribunal (PEPT), sitting in Abuja, has struck out the suit filed by the Allied Peoples Movenent (APM) against the nomination of now Vice Presudent Kashim Shettima.
Justice Hassan Tsamani, head of the Tribunal, ruled that APM’ petition lacked merit.
