Treasure Ayuba, the last victim of the Bethel High School pupil kidnapped in Kaduna, has been released.
Aruba was among the 121 students abducted by the gunmen invaded the school in Damishi, Kaduna on July 5, 2023.
However, while others were released, Ayuba was retained by his abductors.
Rev Israel Akanji, the President, Nigeria Baptist Convention, NBC, on has confirmed Ayuba’s release.
“Glory be to God! Glory be to God!! Glory be to God!!! Treasure Ayuba, the last boy who was still with the bandits who kidnapped the 121 students of Bethel Baptist High School, Kaduna, on July 5, 2021, has just returned home today, November 2, 2023,” he said.
