Six persons who had tested positive for COVID-19 pandemic have escaped from an isolation centre in Ejigbo, the Osun State government has announced.
It was reliably gathered that they escaped on Friday night.
The six escapees were said to belong to a cluster of COVID-19 cases who returned to their hometown, Ejigbo, from Ivory Coast last week.

They were quarantined by the state government upon their return to the state.
It was further gathered that the Osun State government has launched a manhunt for them.
