President Muhammad Buhari, in a nationwide broadcast, on Thursday night, appealed to #EndSARS protesters to discontinue their agitations, while seeking dialogue with the aggrieved youths.
He also urged security operatives across the country to be guided by restraints in their dealings with youths especially protesters.
