President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa, in Abuja.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is also in attendance at the meeting with ministers.
The meeting, it was gathered, started with the arrival of the president to the council chamber of the villa by 11:01am.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha; Head of Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita; the National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno and 20 ministers were in attendance.
At the end of the meeting, State House Correspondents would be briefed on the outcome of the meeting by ministers.
