Bandits abduct bus-load of Ekiti pupils 

It was gathered that the schoolchildren, who were abducted alongside their head teacher and a driver, were on the way to  Eporo-Ekiti.

Their abduction, which has added to the statistics of recent attacks in the state, has created fear and apprehension in the people.

Recall that two traditional rulers in the state had been killed during an ambush by the suspected bandits recently.

The deceased monarchs were David Babatunde, the Elesun of Esun-Ekiti, and Ogunsakin Olushola, the Onimojo of Imojo-Ekiti, who were reportedly returning from Ogbe, a neighboring town in Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State.
