Counsel to the PDP, Chris Uche, reportedly made the request for more time, following the tribunal’s decision not to hold an afternoon session.
The documents presented by the PDP, according to the report, included an expert report of information systems of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as revealed by whistleblowers website.
Others presented are downloaded documents from the website, certificate of compliance and executive summary for the 11 states under review.
The lawyers to Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC), however, urged the court to reject the documents.
The lawyers promised to give reasons for their objection in their final address.
