Former President Goodluck Jonathan has reportedly caved in to pressure to draft him into the 2023 presidential race on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This is coming barely 48 hours after disassociating himself from the action of some groups led by Fulani herdsmen, who bought the N100 million expression of interest and nomination forms.

Jonathan had then described the gesture without his consent as insulting only to now make u-turn on the issue.
According to sources, the former president had formally joined the APC and registered at his Otuoke Ward in Bayelsa.
He is expected to submit his forms on Thursday.
