There was pandemonium on Tuesday, at Seaside Estate Badore, in Lekki, when a yet-to-be identified Army Officer, shot dead a young lady in the estate.
It was gathered that the Army personnel was invited by the younger sister of the deceased, simply identified as Kamsi, to deal with a male neighbour, whom they had a misunderstanding with.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the sisters were packing out of the house on Tuesday Afternoon, when their neighbour stopped them, insisting they pay the bills they owed before packing out.

The act was said to have angered Kamsi, who immediately went out and returned with the said Army officer who was armed, to beat up the neighbour.
Eyewitness account had it that the neighbour and the Army personnel engaged in an argument, which later became physical.
The armed Army personnel had mistakenly released two bullets, with one hitting Kamsi’s elder sister, killing her immediately.
Residents of the estate were said to have alerted the police at Langbasa Police Division, but the army officer immediately fled the scene when he saw the lifeless body of the lady.
Confirming the incident, the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, (DSP), Elkana Bala, said two suspects had been arrested.
Bala said: “ We have commenced investigation. The lady who invited the army personnel has been arrested, and one other person was also arrested. ”
Asked if the army personnel was also n police custody, Bala responded saying he would get back to the correspondent with details later.
