Anambra guber: APGA candidate, Soludo in first post-election talk says, ‘many are the afflictions of the righteous…’

Candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the Anambra State, on Sunday, showed his deep knowledge of the holy books when he quoted from the Bible while addressing his supporters in what appeared his first public statement since the conduct of the November 6 gubernatorial election in the state.
The former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), in a post on his Instagram with a photo of him monitoring results wrote, “A cool Sunday evening. It is indeed the Lord’s day and we must first thank God almighty for his mercy.

“Indeed, ‘many are the afflictions of the Righteous, but the Lord delivereth him from them all. Good evening my people”.
