Highlighting the top three bra mistakes women make, Ngozi describes the first as “the step-in method.”
This is when you step into an already fastened bra, and then pull it up to your body until it reaches your chest.

Similarly, Ngozi says women should avoid the “over the head method” where they fasten up their bra and pull it down over their body.
And lastly – and perhaps most controversial – the bra expert says “the fasten at the back and spin round method” is to be avoided at all costs.
She further explains that the “spin method” can cause damage as those who do this end up “pulling on the cups.”
This means that their bras will not last long, and they have to fork out good money for new underwear more often.
Sharing the correct method to put on a bra, Ngozi explains that you should put the straps on first by putting your arm through each one.
Then you need to pull the cups of the bra down to make sure they’re comfortable and supported.
Finally, fasten the bra at the back and check one last time that “all your boob tissue” is firmly in the cups.
It should be recalled that Abdulrasheed Bawa, the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has revealed that a bra alleged to belong to former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Allison-Maduekwe said to be worth over $12.5m is a creation of social media.
He revealed that Diezani had no such bra and that if such existed, as the lead investigator in the case, he would have known.
Bawa made this known on a TVC, Your View programme monitored by The Nigerian Xpress Newspaper.
“There was nothing like a diamond bra, it was just a creation of social media. As the lead investigator in that case, I can assure you that there is nothing of such. If there is something like that, I should know because I led the search” he stated.
