This is the strongest indication yet that Biden plans to run for a second term, despite some Democrats voicing concerns over his low poll numbers.
In recent weeks he has made gains by signing the Inflation Reduction Act, announcing a student loan forgiveness plan and taking out al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri.
