The Code of Conduct Tribunal has ordered the re-arraignment of the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, on January 22, with a fresh service of summons on him.
At beginning of the trial on Monday, about 71 lawyers appeared on behalf of Justice Onnoghen. The CJN was, however, not in court at the trial.
