President Bola Tinubu will today (Wednesday) swear in the new Secretary General of the Federation (SGF), Sen. George Akume.

Recall that The Presidency had announced the appointment of Sen. Akume, last Friday, in a statement signed by the Director of Information, Abiodun Oladunjoye.
Akume’s appointment was announced alongside President Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Hon. Femi Gbamajamilia.
