Governor Nasir el-Rufai of Kaduna State has counseled the Federal Government, and especially the military, against rehabilitating surrendered members of the Boko Haram and ISWAP sects.
The governor said that he did not believe in rehabilitating terrorists, adding that the best way to deal with them is to “let them go and see God”.

The governor made his position known, on Tuesday, while briefing State House correspondents after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Aso ROck Presidential ViIlla, in Abuja.
