The Action Peoples’ Party (APP) has won 22 out of the 23 chairmanship seats in Saturday’s local government election in Rivers State.
Collation is however ongoing in the Etche Local Government Area (LGA)
While declaring the results, the Chief Election Officer of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC), Adolphus Enebeli said,l results for Etche LGA will be declared alongside that of the 319 councillorship seats at a later date
