Norbert Okolie, the Media Officer of Rangers International FC of Enugu, has said that the players were all injury-free and ready to do battle with Etoile de Sahel of Tunisia on February 13.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Rangers will on Wednesday trade tackles with Etoile de Sahel in their second match of the ongoing Confederation of African Football (CAF) Confederation Cup group stage match.

In an interview with NAN in Enugu on Monday, Okolie said that the players were confident of getting a good result against their North African opponents.
He noted that Ajani Ibrahim one of the club’s goal leading scorers in the ongoing Confederation Cup would continue to get the needed goals that would take the club to the next stage.
Okolie added that Ibrahim’s strike partners Godwin Aguda and Bright Silas were confident ahead of the showdown in Tunis.
On the goalkeeping department of the club, he noted that Ghanaian International, Nana Bonsu, had kept four clean-sheets from seven matches played in the continent.
He told NAN that there were other equally talented goalkeepers in the club waiting to prove their mettle if given the opportunity.
“In Tunis, we are going to give our all and ensure we take home the three points or at worst draw.
All we owe our fans is good results and our fans should keep praying for our success as we cannot do anything on our own without God’s favour,’’ he said.
Norbert said the club had prepared well for the encounter through friendly matches.
He urged the players to stay focused as a win or draw against Etoile would be an added advantage to their chance of making it beyond the group stage.
“We missed lots of chances in our last match and I believed that our strikers have found their scoring touch and will take their chances as they come,’’ Okolie said. (NAN)
