A gay businessman, who had allegedly defiled two under-aged boys at No.23 Kose Street, Lagos Island, has been arrested by the Police.
It was learnt that the 35-year-old suspect, identified as Friday Okeke, had invited the boys aged 12 and 9 to his shop, where he allegedly had anal sex with them and gave them N200 each.
It was gathered that the boys had, after the incident, told their parents what OKeke had done. The parents had immediately raised the alarm which attracted neighbours. Okeke was reportedly dragged out of his shop and beaten beyond recognition.
The Ebute Ero Police Division, which was alerted, had rescued okeke and arrested him.

Speaking on the incident, the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, Elkana Bala, said investigation into the matter was ongoing.
Bala, a Deputy Superintendent of Police said, “On Saturday July 27, 2019 at 11.30am, the Ebute-Ero Police Station received a complaint from two different parents (names withheld ) against Friday Okeke, that he lured their two male children (names withheld), into his Shop at Kose Street and had unlawful carnal knowledge of them through their anus.
“The victims were taken to General Hospital for medical treatment and forensic examination.
“The suspect was arrested by a team of detectives led by the Divisional Police Officer Ebute-Ero, CSP Sina Olunlade. Investigation is ongoing, as suspect will be charged to court soon.”
A neighbor, who spoke on the arrest of the suspect, said the allegation that the suspect was into such act came as a surprise.
The neighbor, who gave her name simply as Mercy said, “The man sells weave-on and he is actually doing well for himself. He had just bought a car three months ago. I never expected such an act from him. He did not even look like a homosexual.”
