The crisis between Governor Abdullahi Ganduje and the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, may soon be a thing of the past as the governor, on Tuesday, disclosed that he had started making moves to resolve the crisis between him and the emir.
Reports showed that Governor Ganduje made this known after meeting President Muhammadu Buhari.
The governor said his meeting with President Buhari was centered on the security situation in the state and to also highlight the importance of community policing.

Recall that activities in the palace of Emir of Kano reduced to their lowest states following the creation of four more emirates by the Kano State Government.
The emir returned from lesser Hajj on Sunday, May 12, and was received by thousands of supporters who followed his convoy to his palace.
It was reported that since his arrival, activities had reduced with only few visitors coming around.
