Nigerian wrestler, Blessing Oborududu, has won the country’s second medal at the ongoing Olympics, in Tokyo, Japan.
The Bayelsa State-born athlete wrestled her way to win a silver medal for Nigeria, the country’s first silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics.

Recall that Delta State-born jumper, Ese Brume, had earlier won a bronze medal for Nigeria.
Oborududu claimed her silver medal following her loss to USA’s Tamyra Mensah-Stock in the final of the freestyle 68kg event.
