Former United States President, Barack Obama, says he has tested positive for COVID-19.
Obama disclosed this, on Sunday, via a post on Twitter.
The former president noted that he was feeling fine and added that Michelle, his wife, tested negative for the virus.
“I just tested positive for COVID. I’ve had a scratchy throat for a couple days, but am feeling fine otherwise. Michelle and I are grateful to be vaccinated and boosted, and she has tested negative.

“It’s a reminder to get vaccinated if you haven’t already, even as cases go down.”
Obama joins the list of notable personalities who have recently tested positive for the virus.
