Musa Zubairu Nasarawar Mailayi, Special Adviser on Political Affairs to Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq, has resigned his appointment.
According to a press statement he personally signed, Mailayi, who was the state’s Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during previous Governor Mahmuda Aliyu Shinkafi’s administration between 2007-2011, said he resigned his appointment to empower him concentrate on his other individual engagements.

He thanked the Minister for thinking of him as deserving of appointment in that limit, and vowed to keep on offering thoughtful guidance to the Minister when the need emerges.
