Afeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, has threatened to drag Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, to court, accusing her of spreading defamatory information about him on her Instagram account.
Marley’s counsel, Olalekan Ojo, in a letter to Ojo, highlighted the allegations based on the actress’ post on September 2023.
Marley claimed that the post portrayed him as involving in spiritual and physical engagement with the late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, widely known as Mohbad, allegedly inferring that he (Marley) was responsible for Mohbad’s mental agony.

Marley threatened to file a lawsuit against Ojo if she fails to comply with his demands.
Mohbad, 27, had died suddenly in September under suspicious circumstances that set off emotive reactions, including the bad feud between Ojo and Marley, who was accused of assaulting the budding artiste purportedly leading to his death.
