On Thursday 3rd February 2022, HRM King Alfred Papapreye Diete-Spiff signed the Niger Delta Congress’ Niger Delta Peoples Charter for resource control, political and economic autonomy, and self determination, representing the Nembe/Brass ethnic nationalities in Bayelsa State.
