Kano’s Hausa film industry (KANNYWOOD), has joined the supporters of All Progressives Congress in celebrating Dr Abdullahi Ganduje’s re-election.
The Kannywood actors and actresses expressed their happiness via social media platforms, over the Ganduje’s victory.
Ali Nuhu, best known as the King of Kannywood on his instagrame page realalinuhu, wrote “Congratulated Father, May God support the administration.”
Another actor, Baban Chinedu, on his page babanchinedu, said that he was neither a supporter of the PDP or the APC, yet he congratulated the governor over his victory.

Adam Zango on his page adam_a_zango, apologised to all those he hurt during the course of campaigns.
“For me, politics isn’t a mistake, because I know my involvement has attracted many of my fans to become my enemies. So, I seize this opportunity to apologise to all those I have offended.”
He said now that political campaigns were over, he would concentrate on his work as an actor and a Singer.
Zango also said he loves all his fans and he is fond of them because without them he would not have been there.
He said further that no one could change what had been ordained by God, as he congratulate Ganduje and prayed for his success in the years to come.
Fati Shu’uma, a Kaduna based actress also celebrated Ganduje and his deputy where she placed their photo on her page officialfatishuuma, saying that his re-election was worthy.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Kannywood has joined other Kano residents in celebrating the victory of Dr Abdullahi Ganduje who has been re-elected as governor of Kano state for the second term. .
NAN also reports that Ganduje defeated the main opposition party’s candidate, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Kabir Abba-Yusuf with a margin of 8,982 votes in Saturday’s supplementary elections. (NAN)
