A former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir David Lawal was, on Tuesday, arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Babachir pleaded not guilty to the fraud charges brought against him at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
The Federal Government had earlier in January, filed 10 charges bordering on allegations of fraud against the former SGF.
