“We can not  only be running entrepreneurship on radio,we need to have  a physical interaction with people, and also give them tips on how to grow their business. While we teach them on radio every morning, we also need to take it out of the radio and bring it to the people, that’s why we decided to organize this training. It is the very first time we are handling this on our own and we are planning to do more, as we have been in partnership with the Lagos State government, the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Financial Institutions and Embassies to empower and keep empowering our people for a better Nigeria,” he said.

Lead facilitator of the training, James Adeshina, said the drive behind the initiative is to empower people on basic digitally inclined skills to leverage on, and earn a living on the internet.

Some of the skills that were taught range from Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Agric Business and Survey.

Mayowa Owolabi who is also a facilitator at the training said participants were educated on how to be financially free by building a viable business structure.

Participants appreciated the station for the initiative, saying it is a lifetime opportunity for them as they gained a lot during the training.
