Gov. Ugwuanyi appoints Barth Ezugwu Chief of Protocol

Governor Ifeanyi Uguanyi of Enugu State has appointed Barth Ezugwu as his Chief of Protocol.

Ezugwu’s appointment was announced on Tuesday morning.
