Yetunde Bakare, a popular Yoruba movie actress, has said being beautiful is not enough to guarantee a woman a husband.
According to a video that was posted on her official Instagram page, Bakare made it clear that it is difficult for women to get husbands these days.

She disclosed that even a woman with a nice body would have to struggle to get a husband because beauty is not enough, as men now want the kind of woman that can represent them at public functions and be able to mentor their children.
“It’s hard to get a husband now, if you like have a nice body, it doesn’t guarantee anything. Because the men out here now, they want a woman that can represent them at PTA meetings and a woman that their children can look up to and say mummy is my mentor,” she wrote.
“A woman that does not have a good sense of reasoning might not get a husband. Let’s be factual, being beautiful does not mean you will find yourself a husband.”
