A brake failure of fuel truck, on Monday, killed six persons in Celica Area after Adegbayi along Ibadan-Ife Highway, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

An eyewitness said that the truck’s brake failed while ascending the sloppy road and pushed a fully loaded Taxi with six passengers into the ditch with the Taxi trapped under it.
