Major General Faruk Yahaya has on Friday officially resumed duties as Nigeria’s 22nd Chief of Army Staff.
In a ceremony held at the Army Headquarters in Abuja, Yahaya took over his duties formally.
At the commencement of the programme, he and others present observed a minute silence in honour of his late predecessor and 10 others who died in a plane crash last Friday.
