Ekiti APC stakeholders want Oyebanji to succeed Gov. Fayemi

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, has endorsed Mr. Biodun Oyebanji as successor to Governor Kayode Fayemi.

Oyebanji is the current Secretary to the State Government (SSG).

His endorsement reportedly took place at a meeting conveyed by a stalwart of the party, in Ado-Ekiti, Akogun Abayomi Lustay.

Some of the stakeholders at the meeting included former Ado-Ekiti council chairmen, Pa Omodara Q.C and Mrs. Tosin Aluko, former commissioner, Alhaja Abibat Adubiaro and a former lawmaker, Mr. Tope Olanipekun.

The stakeholders in their messages enjoined APC faithful in the state to follow the continuity agenda of the Kayode Fayemi-led administration in the interest of development.

The gathering noted that the need to support Oyebanji was sequel to his diligence, leadership skill and capability to consolidate on the legacies of Governor Fayemi.

They called on other stakeholders in the party to support the ambition of the SSG in the interest of progress of Ekiti State.
